Meet Norm Cooper
Norm Cooper is what is known as the CT9 operator at the Lakeport Brewery in Hamilton, Ontario. This process actually takes the alcohol out of the beer for the non-alcoholic brands produced by the company, a popular product he claims. Norm has worked for Lakeport for 28 years and has also been a Teamster for all of those years. He is the Union Chairman at Lakeport and works closely with Business Agent John Gorman to keep things running smoothly between management and the union. He is married to Beth and they have a 20-year old daughter, Rachel, along with three dogs. The Coopers used to breed huskies but Norm now enjoys his Yamaha motorcycle when the time permits. |
