May 2010
- Ryder Truck Rentals – A new 2-year collective agreement has been ratified by an 85% vote.
- Fastfrate Administration – A new 3-year collective agreement has been ratified by a 90% vote.
- Mackie Transport: Mississauga & Gormley – A new 3-year collective agreement has been ratified by a 100% vote.
- Cancore Industries – A new 30-month collective agreement has been ratified by an 83% vote.
April 2010
- Stock Mechanics - Etobicoke: A new 3-year collective agreement with increases in each year has been ratified with a 100% vote.
March 2010
- K & T Switching – A new 5-year contract has been ratified by 100% of the members which saw signing bonuses, an extra floater holiday and a wage opener in the third year.
- Robinson Solutions – has ratified a new 3-year contract with a 97% vote.
- Epic Express – has ratified a new 3-year collective agreement by an 87% vote, adding some language changes and raises in the 2nd. And 3rd year of the contract.
February 2010
- Byers Bush – A new 2-year contract has been ratified with a 90% vote.
- PCL Clerical – Oshawa – A new collective agreement which piggybacks into their current agreement and expires on December 31st 2012 has been ratified by a 100% vote.
- Cassens Transport – A new 30-month collective agreement has been ratified by a 66% vote which includes improvements to mileage paid to Ottawa area dealers that sets a new industry standard. The Saturday overtime premium was increased by over $7 per hour. This rate now equals the Sunday overtime rate.
January 2010
- Hutton Transport – A new 2-year contract has been ratified with a 79% vote.
- George Armstrong Atlas Van Lines & Storage – A new 3-year contract has been ratified with a 100% vote.
- Mirvish Productions – A new 1-year contract has been ratified with a 100% vote.
- Stock Transport Oakville Mechanics – A new 3-year contract has been ratified with an 85% vote.
December 2009
- Riello Burners – A new 3-year contract has been ratified at Riello Burners with a 94% vote.
- Mapeii – Mapeii have negotiated a new 3-year collective bargaining agreement with a 100% support vote.
- Cisco Systems – Cisco Systems in Thunder Bay have completed a new 5-year collective bargaining agreement with a 95% support vote.
November 2009
- Newalta Corp. – Newalta Corp have ratified a new 3-year agreement with a 92% vote.
- Puratos – A new 5-year collective bargaining agreement at Puratos has bee ratified with a 92% vote.
- New certifications have been completed and added a number of new members to the Local. Creekbank Transport, Ryder Truck Rental, and Purolator Retail in Oshawa are the companies involved.
October 2009
- A new 5-year collective agreement was negotiated at Western Canada Express who voted 90 % in favor of the agreement.
- OLG Thousand Islands – A new 3-year collective agreement has been approved by a 95% vote which incorporated both wage and benefit increases.
August 2009
- Armbro Transport – A new 4-year collective agreement for drivers and a 5-year agreement for maintenance workers was ratified by an 83% vote.
- Canadian Springs – A new 3-year collective agreement was ratified by a 92% vote.
- Select Daily – A new 5-year collective agreement was ratified by a 92% vote.
June 2009
- Henderson Machinery – A new 3-year collective agreement was ratified by a 76% vote.
May 2009
- First Student Canada – A first collective agreement was ratified for Markham drivers for a 2-year term by an 87% vote.
April 2009
- Genpak – A new 3-year collective agreement was ratified by a 58% vote. Further negotiations on salary increases will be conducted in year 2 or 3.
- Trans Western Express (Brokers) – A new 5-year collective agreement was ratified by a 100% vote. The agreement included a 2-year extension on the current agreement and a wage re-opener after 3 years.
- Mirvish Productions – A new 1-year collective agreement was ratified by a 100% vote.
- Holiday Inn Express Whitby – A new 3-year collective agreement was ratified by a 95% vote.
- Pepsi – A new 3-year collective agreement was ratified by an 87% vote. The agreement included an increase in the hourly rate, increased pension and benefit contributions, significant language changes, an introduction of an apprenticeship program and a first for Pepsi, an in-plant union office.
